      结合课题组前期获得黑龙江省地温变化规律,以30份发芽率在20%至100%的玉米杂交种种子为试验材料,以田间出苗率作为种子真实活力值,设置64个变温处理组合,室内检测种子发芽率作为活力值,分析二者之间的相关性。旨在建立适合黑龙江省玉米种子活力快速室内测定方法。结果表明,采用10℃处理5d后25℃处理5d的变温处理组合获得的参试材料种子活力值与田间种子活力值存在极显著的正相关,r=0.95;该组合在参试组合中该组合测定周期最短,是种子活力快速检测的适宜方法。

      In this study, 30 maize hybrids seeds with germination rate from 20%-100% were planted in the field and the field seedling emergence rates were obtained as the real vigor value. Combining the changes of ground temperature in Heilongjiang province obtained in our previous research, 64 temperature changing treatment combinations were used to test the seeds vigor in room. The correlation analysis was applied to select the most suitable method. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the results of measurement in room and real seed vigor in the field when the seeds was treated 5 days in 10 ℃ and 5 days in 25℃ and the seed germination rates from theSstandardSgerminationStest were denoted seed vigor. The correlation coefficient was 0.95 between the two values when analyzed the total hybrids. This treatment combination with the shortest cycle was the appropriate method of seed vigor measurement.
