盐胁迫下益生菌对玉米的促生效应研究

      为提高盐渍化农田作物的耐盐性,从生长于高盐土壤的玉米根际中分离促生潜力的菌株并在NaCl胁迫下,测定了它们对玉米发芽率、发芽势、促生长和电导率的影响。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌NY-06、巨大芽孢杆菌YJ-1和解淀粉芽孢杆菌YJ-3有很好益生效果。在1.5%NaCl和2.0%NaCl胁迫下,3个菌株发酵液处理后的玉米株高分别增高了16.3%、9.5%、16.7%和18.9%、8.3%、19.9%,地上部鲜重分别增高了28.8%、21.5%、34.0%和29.3%、22.8%、36.3%,根系鲜重分别增加了32.7%、15.5%、18.3%和51.9%、58.6%、56.8%,玉米叶片相对电导率分别降低了11.1%、9.2%、8.0% 和6.4%、9.5%、14.2%。这3株芽孢杆菌对玉米在高盐含量的土壤中具有应用前景。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the salt tolerance of salinized farmland crops, the growth promoting potential strains were isolated from the rhizosphere of maize grown in high salt soil. Under the stress of NaCl, we determined their effects on germination rate, germination potential, growth promotion and electrical conductivity of maize. The results showed that Bacillus subtilis NY-06, B. megaterium YJ-1 and B. amyloliquefaciens YJ-3 had good beneficial effects. Under the stress of 1.5% NaCl and 2.0% NaCl, the 3 strains increased 16.3%, 9.5%, 16.7%, and 18.9%, 8.3% and 19.9% of the plant height of maize, 28.8%, 21.5%, 34.0% and 29.2%, 22.8% and 36.3% of the fresh weight of above-ground parts, 32.7%, 15.5%, 18.2% and 51.9%, 58.6% and 56.8% of root fresh weight, respectively, decreased 1.1%, 9.2%, 8.0% and 6.4%, 9.5% and 14.2% of the relative conductivity of maize leaves, respectively, when maize plants were treated with the strains fermentation broth by drenching. The 3 Bacillus strains have the application potential for maize in salty soil.
