      以Reid类群骨干自交系PH6WC、PH09B为基础育成的4份DH系与PH6WC共5份自交系为母本,以Non-Reid、DOM群为基础育成6个DH系为父本,按NCⅡ设计组配30个组合,在长春、松原、响水三个生态区种植,以评价新育成的DH系丰产性及稳产性,评选出最优组合。结果表明,三种环境下30个杂交组合亩产量的存在明显平均优势。对照优势结果表明,组合J1590×J1881、J1590×J1577、J3D130×J1577三种环境下亩产量对照优势均优于对照。一般配合力结果表明,父本DH系J1577、母本DH系J1590一般配合力高;分析30个组合3个地点的特殊配合力,结果显示有14个组合 SCA效应值为正值,组合J1590×J1881的SCA效应值最高,为13.18。丰产性分析表明,组合J1590×J2239、J1590×J1881高产稳产。综合分析结果表明,组合J1590×J1881丰产性、稳产性最好。

      Four DH lines and PH6WC, which were bred on the basis of Reid backbone inbred lines PH6WC and PH09B, were used as female parents. Based on Non-Reid, DOM population, 6 DH lines were bred as male parents. According to the NC Ⅱ design group with 30 combinations, the plants were planted in three ecoregions of Changchun , Songyuan and Xiangshui in order to evaluate the high yield and stability of newly-grown DH lines, Which selected the best combination. The results showed that The yields of 30 hybrid combinations in three environments showed a clear average advantage. The control yields of the combined yields of J1590×J1881, J1590×J1577, and J3D130×J1577 were all better than that of Xianyu335, and the average values were 5.58%, 5.28%, and 3.52%..The results showed that the general combining ability of male parent DH line J1577 and female parent DH line J1590 was high. The analysis of the special combining ability of 30 combinations showed that 14 combinations had positive SCA effect, and the combination of J1590 × The J1881 has the highest SCA effect of 13.18. High yield analysis showed that the combination of high yield and stable yield J1590 × J2239, J1590 × J1881.Comprehensive analysis showed that the combination of J1590 × J1881 high yield had the best stability.
