干旱胁迫对不同基因型玉米产量及其构成因素的影响

      玉米为高光效喜温C4 短日照作物,对水分亏缺比较敏感,明确品种的抗旱能力,减缓干旱胁迫,对玉米稳产增效具有重要意义。本研究采用裂区区组设计,干旱胁迫为主区,副区为品种,品种区组内完全随机分布,结果表明,干旱胁迫显著影响了玉米产量 (P<0.01)、穗数(P<0.05)、穗粒数(P<0.05)和千粒重(P<0.05),干旱胁迫对6个参试玉米品种产量影响存在显著差异(P <0.05),其最终产量降低幅度为京农科728 (15.49 %) <郑单958 (17.67 %) < 农华101 (21.81 %) < MC703 (26.18 %) < 联创808 (27.31 %) <登海618 (27.41 %),其相应基因型穗数,穗粒数,千粒重等穗部性状与产量降低的趋势一致。
英文摘要:
      As high photosynthetic efficiency, thermophilic and short sunshine C4 crop, maize more sensitive to water deficit. The resistance drought stress, evaluate drought tolerance of different genotypes, has important significance on maize yield efficiency. In this study, the experiments were split randomized block designed, drought stress as the main block, genotypes as the sub-blocks, and sub-blocks were randomized within the main blocks. The results of this study showed that drought stress significantly affected maize yield (P<0.01), ear density (P<0.05), Kernel numbers per ear (P<0.05), and thousand kernel weight (P<0.05). Different genotypes cultivar significantly difference by drought stress(P<0.05), the yield decreased in JNK728 (15.49 %) < ZD958 (17.67 %) < NH101 (21.81 %) < MC703 (26.18 %) < LC808 (27.31 %) < DH 618 (27.41 %), the corresponding genotypes of ear density, Kernel numbers per ear, and thousand kernel weight were the same trend as yield decreased.
