以郑58为受体亲本,昌7-2为供体亲本,通过杂交、回交和79对亲本间有多态的SSR标记,分析BC2F1和BC3F1世代供体的基因组成分。结果表明:BC2F1世代单株内的供体染色体片段数平均为11.4个,BC3F1世代为4.8个,从BC2F1到BC3F1单株内的供体染色体片段数减少了57.6%;BC2F1世代单株内的供体染色体片段长度平均为99.3 cM,BC3F1世代为87.1 cM,BC3F1较BC2F1减少了12.3%;BC2F1世代单株内的供体基因组大小平均为1 132.8 cM,BC3F1世代为421.4 cM,BC3F1较BC2F1减少了62.8%。

[Abstract]
In this study, elite maize inbred lines Zheng58 and Chang7-2 were used as recipient parent and donor parent, respectively, and the characterization of donor genome contents of BC2F1 and BC3F1 backcross generations were analyzed based on 79 polymorphic SSR(Simple Sequence Repeat) markers. The results demonstrated that the average donor segment number(DSN) in each individual plant was 11.4 in BC2F1 and 4.8 in BC3F1, decreasing 57.6% with backcrossing. The average donor segment length(DSL) was 99.3 cM(Centimorgans) in BC2F1 and 87.1 cM in BC3F1, decreasing 12.3% in additional backcross generation. Meanwhile the average donor genome size(DGS) was 1132.8 cM in BC2F1 and 421.4 cM in BC3F1, decreasing 62.8% from BC2F1 to BC3F1.
