以玉米杂交种豫玉22的父母本综3和87-1构建的294个玉米F9∶10家系为材料,通过北京上庄(2006年)和昌平(2007年)两年随机区组田间试验和分子标记分析,研究了玉米子粒体积和比重两个重要产量性状的遗传变异。采用复合区间作图法,2006年定位到了与子粒体积和比重相关的5个QTL,2007年定位到了与子粒体积和比重相关的10个QTL,有3个QTL两年均检测到,其中5个QTL与子粒体积相关,7个QTL与子粒比重相关。

A F9∶10 population consisting of 294 lines, which were derived from the parental lines(Zong3 and 87-1) of a hybrid Yuyu22, were used to investigate the genetic basis of seed volume and seed specific gravity in Beijing in 2006(Shangzhuang) and 2007(Changping). QTL analysis was performed to use composite interval mapping. Five QTL for kernel volume and specific gravity were identified in 2006 and 10 QTL were identified in 2007. Three QTL were detected in both environments. Totally, five QTL for seed volume and seven QTL for seed specific gravity were identified.
