研究一种新型的玉米单倍体诱导系的选育过程。在传统R1-nj标记和紫色茎秆标记(pl1)的基础上,创新性地将黄绿苗标记基因(Yg3)导入到单倍体诱导系中,填补了单倍体幼苗期无标记性状鉴别的空白。应用于玉米全单倍体育种技术体系(自然加倍、人工加倍、EDH系、单倍体回交、单倍体轮回选择育种等),可大幅度提高育种效率,降低育种成本。

This paper disclosed the breeding process of a novel haploid inducer line in maize. This novel inducer line added the new Yellow-green seedling marker, which controlled by Yg3 gene on the basis of the normal R1-nj marker and pl1 marker. The new marker can help us to identify the fake haploid plants in the haploid population at V3 to V4 stage. In total haploid breeding technology, this novel haploid inducer line can increase the efficiency and decrease the cost in DH breeding.
