玉米茎腐病主要致病菌为禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum),为筛选对玉米茎腐病有拮抗作用的菌株,以农学院提供的玉米茎腐病病原菌禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)为供试病原菌,以玉米根际微生物为材料,采用平板对峙法进行拮杭菌的筛选,获得了对玉米茎腐病原菌拮杭效果最优的一株的放线菌G1菌株。经形态学指标、理化指标和分子生物学指标以及16SrDNA测序分析结果鉴定为公牛链霉菌(Streptomyces tauricus)。拮抗试验表明,优势菌株G1的无菌发酵液对病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有明显的抑制效果,并且G1菌株可以通过促进植物分泌促进植物生长的吲哚乙酸和铁载体促进植物生长。综上,优势生防菌G1菌株对玉米茎腐病病具有良好的生物防治和开发应用潜力。

Main pathogenic bacteria for grain of corn stalk rot GuLian spore fungus (Fusarium graminearum), for the screening of corn stalk rot has antagonism strains, provided in agronomy courtyard of corn stalk rot pathogen grain GuLian spore fungus (Fusarium graminearum) were used for pathogens to maize rhizosphere microorganisms as material, using tablet standoff method to antagonism and hangzhou bacteria screening, the effect of corn stalk rot pathogen of hangzhou optimal strains of actinomycetes G1 strains. It was identified as Streptomyces tauricus by morphological indexes, physicochemical indexes, molecular biological indexes and 16SrDNA sequencing. The antagonistic experiments showed that the sterile fermentation broth of the dominant strain G1 had obvious inhibitory effects on mycelial growth and spore germination of the pathogen, and the G1 strain could promote plant growth by promoting the secretion of indole acetic acid and iron carrier. In conclusion, the dominant biocontrol strain G1 has a good biological control and development potential against maize stem rot disease.
