为了明确啶酰菌胺对玉米大斑病菌的毒力水平,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了甘肃省玉米大斑病菌对啶酰菌胺的敏感性。结果表明甘肃省3个生态区160株玉米大斑病菌对啶酰菌胺的敏感性差异较小,平均EC50为0.19 μg/mL,EC50范围在0.01~0.88 μg/mL之间。平均EC50高低顺序依次为南部湿润区>东部半湿润半干旱区>中部旱作雨养区;南部湿润区63株菌株的平均EC50为0.21 μg/mL,EC50范围在0.02~0.88 μg/mL之间;东部半湿润半干旱区52株菌株的平均EC50为0.19 μg/mL,EC50范围在0.04~0.62 μg/mL之间;中部旱作雨养区45株菌株的平均EC50为0.16 μg/mL,EC50范围在0.01~0.54 μg/mL之间。正态性检验表明:甘肃省3个生态区160株玉米大斑病菌对啶酰菌胺的EC50值呈现连续性负偏态分布,曲线平坦。甘肃省玉米大斑病菌对啶酰菌胺的敏感性没有明显分化,平均EC50 = 0.19 μg/mL即可作为甘肃省玉米大斑病菌对啶酰菌胺的敏感基线,即SDHIs啶酰菌胺是今后甘肃省玉米大斑病害高效防控的理想药剂。

To observe the toxic level of boscalid to Exserohium turicum, mycelium growth rate bioassay has been used as the method to test the sensitivity of Exserohium turicum in Gansu. The results shows that the sensitivity 160 isolates of E. turicum from three ecotopes in Gansu to boscalid is little difference, the average of EC50 is 0.19 μg/mL along with ranging from 0.01 to 0.88 μg/mL. The order of mean EC50 is humid region in South>semi-humid and semi-arid area in East>rainfed dryland in Central. Among them, mean EC50 of 63 isolates from humid region in South is 0.21μg/mL along with varying from 0.02 to 0.88 μg/mL, mean EC50 of 52 isolates from semi-humid and semi-arid area in East is 0.19 μg/mL along with ranging from 0.04 to 0.62 μg/mL, mean EC50 of 45 isolates from rainfed dryland in Central is 0.16 μg/mL along with varying from 0.01 to 0.54 μg/mL. The normality test showed that EC50 values for 160 isolates of E. turicum from three ecotopes in Gansu to boscalid presents in continuous and negative skewed distribution. The curve is flat. These demonstrates have been proved that there are no obvious differentiation for sensitivity of E. turicum to boscalid in Gansu, mean EC50 value as 0.19 μg/mL is considered as sensitivity baseline of E. turicum to boscalid in Gansu. SDHIs boscalid will be aSwell-pleasing fungicide to effectively control corn northern leaf blight in Gansu in future.
