嗜环蛋白(Cyclophilins, CYPs)是一类高度保守的蛋白家族,广泛存在于真核生物和原核生物中。CYPs属于肽基-脯氨酸顺-反式异构酶(Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase ,PPIase)家族,能催化肽键与脯氨酸残基的反-顺式异构化,这是许多蛋白质折叠过程中的限速步骤。为全面解析玉米基因组CYP基因信息,本研究利用NCBI中多物种基因组信息以及多种生物软件或在线工具,对所鉴定的基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,试验共鉴定得到23个玉米CYP基因,这些基因不均衡的分布在玉米1-8号染色体上,亚细胞定位分析表明23个ZmCYPs定位于细胞的不同部位。多物种CYP蛋白进化树将CYP家族蛋白分为9个分支,并发现玉米与高粱中的CYP蛋白多聚类在一支。本研究还对玉米CYP家族蛋白进行了motif分析,外显子-内含子结构分析及不同表达模式分析,为深入分析ZmCYPs家族基因的功能提供了理论参考,并为进一步的分子育种提供了理论基础。

Cyophilic protein (Cyclophilins,CYPs) is a class of highly conserved families of proteins widespread in eukaryotes and prokaryotes.CYPs belongs to the family of peptidytide-proline cis-trans-isomerase (PPIase) that catalyzes the trans-cis-isomerization of peptide bonds to proline residues, which is a rate-limiting step in the folding of many proteins.And,For a comprehensive analysis of genomic CYP gene information in maize, bioinformatics analysis of the identified genes was performed using multiple biological software or online tools for multi-species genomic information in NCBI.The results showed that a total of 23 maize CYP genes were identified with an unbalanced distribution on maize chromosomes 1 – 8, and the subcellular localization analysis indicated that 23 ZmCYPs were localized to different sites of the cells.The multi-species CYP protein evolution tree divides the CYP family proteins into nine clades and found maize to polycluster with CYP proteins in sorghum.This study also provides m otif analysis of maize CYP family proteins, exon-intron structure analysis and different expression patterns, providing a theoretical reference for in-depth analysis of the function of ZmCYPs family genes and a theoretical basis for further molecular breeding.
