以88份玉米自交系为试验材料,于甘肃省酒泉市采用随机区组试验设计,在正常灌溉和干旱胁迫处理下,对自交系的耐旱性进行鉴定,以产量抗旱指数(DI)、耐旱系数隶属度(SV)为评价指标,并结合散粉吐丝间隔期(ASI),对85份正常结实自交系的耐旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,在中度偏重干旱条件下,85份自交系在干旱处理区较正常供水区的平均株高降低、果穗变短、变细、空杆增多、秃尖增加、双穗率、百粒重降低,散粉吐丝间隔期(ASI)延长,小区产量平均下降42.9％,强耐旱自交系有6份；较耐旱自交系有16份；中等耐旱自交系有20份；弱耐旱自交系有29份；不耐旱自交系有14份。

88 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. The drought tolerance of inbred lines was identified under normal irrigation and drought stress. The yield drought resistance index (DI) and drought tolerance coefficient membership (SV) were used as evaluation indexes, The results showed that under the condition of moderate drought, the average plant height of 85 inbred lines decreased, the ear became shorter, thinner, the empty stem increased, the bald tip increased, the double ear rate and 100 grain weight decreased, and the dry spinning interval decreased (ASI) was prolonged, and the plot yield decreased by 42.9% on average. There were 6 strong drought tolerant inbred lines, 16 relatively drought tolerant inbred lines, 20 medium drought tolerant inbred lines, 29 weak drought tolerant inbred lines and 14 non drought tolerant inbred lines.
