高直链淀粉玉米品种选育具有广阔的应用前景和商业价值,目前我国高直链淀粉玉米种质稀缺。显性Ae1-5180突变基因为直链淀粉扩充者ae的等位突变,但对其育种应用研究鲜有报道。本文以10组优质玉米自交系及其Ae1-5180近等基因系为试验材料,通过对植株农艺性状和籽粒品质分析,发现与对照相比,全部Ae1-5180 近等基因系直链淀粉含量显著提高,但伴随着总淀粉及百粒重降低。近等基因系CA240/Ae1和CANS-1/Ae1直链淀粉含量高,并且百粒重较高,农艺性状变化小,推测具有较高的潜在育种价值,对丰富我国高直链淀粉种质资源有重要意义。

The breeding of high amylose maize lines has broad application prospects and commercial value. At present, high amylose maize germplasm is scarce in China. The dominant Ae1-5180 mutant gene is an allelic mutation of amylose expander ae, however its breeding application research is rarely reported. In this paper,10 pairs of high-quality maize inbred lines and their Ae1-5180 near-isogenic lines were used as experimental materials to analyze the agronomic traits and grain quality of plants. It was found that compared with the control, the amylose content of all Ae1-5180 near-isogenic lines was significantly increased, but with the decrease of total starch and 100-grain weight. The near-isogenic lines CA240/Ae1 and CANS-1/Ae1 have high amylose content, high 100-grain weight and small changes in agronomic traits. Speculating that these lines have high potential breeding value and are of great significance for enriching high amylose germplasm resources in China.
