基于2023年吉林省微观调研数据,选择农业社会化服务作为中介变量,通过TOPSIS法测算土地细碎化程度,构建随机前沿生产函数和中介效应模型,对土地细碎化与玉米生产技术效率之间的作用机制进行研究。研究结果表明,土地细碎化对玉米生产技术效率有显著负向影响,同时,农业社会化服务对玉米生产技术效率有显著的促进作用。由于土地细碎化限制了农业社会化服务的投入,在一定程度上削弱了农业社会化服务的要素功能。农业社会化服务在模型中发挥了部分中介效应,其占总效应的比例为0.18。基于上述结论,应整合分散地块,缓解土地细碎化现状;优化农业社会化服务产业,提高服务供给精准度;发挥基层“统分”职能,实现农户与服务主体高效对接。

In this paper, agricultural social services were chosen as a mediating variable, based on the micro-survey data from Jilin Province in 2023. The degree of land fragmentation was measured using the TOPSIS method, and the stochastic frontier production function and mediating effect model were constructed to examine the mechanism between land fragmentation and technical efficiency of maize production. The results showed that land fragmentation had a significant negative impact on the technical efficiency of maize production, and agricultural social services significantly promoted the technical efficiency of maize production. However, land fragmentation limited the investment of agricultural social services, thereby weakening their functional effectiveness. The agricultural social services exhibited a partial mediating effect in the model, accounting for 18% of the total effect. Based on the above conclusions, it was recommended to consolidate fragmented land to ease the status of land fragmentation; optimize the agricultural social service industry and improving the accuracy of service supply; giving full play to the function of unification and division at the grass-roots level, and realize the efficient docking between farmers and service subjects.
