为创制高配合力玉米自交系,以XZ966-14×A801为基础材料,经过本地和海南两地南繁北育,采用基本株、S3、S5三次配合力渐进测交,创制出高配合力自交系WZ0714及其衍生系WZ1422、WZ1423、WZ14212、WZ17363和WZ17367,用这些系作亲本已组配育成23个杂交种通过品种审定。其中WZ0714育成11个杂交种,在区域试验中产量达8083.5~9727.5 kg/hm2,比对照增产6.3%~12.6%,增产达极显著;WZ14212育成7个杂交种,在区域试验中产量达8481.0~9609.0 kg/hm2,比对照增产7.7%~10.6%,增产达极显著。SNP芯片检测结果显示,WZ0714及其衍生系归属于Reid种质群,但它们独立为一亚群,与Lancaster种质和旅大红骨种质衍生系、PB群自交系杂交能组配出强优势杂交种,具有较大的育种利用潜力。

To create high combiniing ability maize inbred lines, used XZ966-14×A801 as the base material, after local and Hainan southern and northern breeding, and using basic plant, S3, S5 three times of combining ability progressive test cross, the high combination ability inbred line WZ0714 and its derivative lines WZ1422, WZ1423,Z14212, WZ17363, and WZ17367 were created. Twenty-three hybrids have been developed using these lines as parents and have passed the variety trial.
