为明确东北三省玉米灰斑病致病菌种类,本研究于2024年从黑龙江、吉林、辽宁的10个地级市共采集玉米灰斑病样本303份,通过组织分离法和单孢纯化法共得到致病菌株175株,采用形态学和分子生物学方法对175株菌株进行鉴定,基于尾孢菌特异性引物PCR扩增结果和ITS基因构建的系统发育树分析,结果表明:东北三省玉米灰斑病主要致病菌为玉米尾孢菌(Cercospora zeina)。

[Abstract]
This study sought to elucidate the causal species of maize gray leaf in the three northeastern provinces. To this end, a total of 303 samples of maize gray leaf were collected from 10 prefectures in Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning in 2024. The samples were then subjected to rigorous tissue isolation and single-spore purification techniques, which ultimately yielded a total of 175 strains of the causal bacteria. A total of 175 strains of the bacterial strains were identified through the application of both morphological and molecular biological methods. Thereafter, a phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the results of PCR amplification with primers specific to Cercospora and ITS gene analysis. Morphological and molecular biological methods were used to identify the 175 strains, and the phylogenetic tree analysis based on the results of PCR amplification with specific primers and the construction of ITS genes showed that the main causal agent of maize gray leaf in the three northeastern provinces was Cercospora zeina.
