为了筛选鲜食玉米富硒及矿质元素品种,选择万糯2000、万糯188、彩糯1号、万甜糯218、京科糯2000、黑甜糯188、万糯2018、澳早60、万彩糯6号、佳彩甜糯、黄粘玉米、白优1号12种鲜食玉米品种,通过田间叶面喷施硒肥,测定鲜食玉米籽粒中硒和金属元素含量。结果表明,鲜食玉米籽粒Se(硒)含量在2.76~33.12 mg/kg之间,喷施硒肥籽粒Se含量比对照平均增加了24.53%,万糯188和万糯2000增幅较大。喷施硒肥能够增加鲜食玉米籽粒中铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、镁(Mg)和钙(Ca)含量,降低了籽粒镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)和铜(Cu)含量,澳早60籽粒金属元素含量增幅较大。叶面配施硒肥能够增加鲜食玉米籽粒硒、微量金属元素和大量金属元素含量,降低重金属元素含量,提高鲜食玉米品质。万糯188和万糯2000可以作为富硒品种推广,澳早60可以作为富含微量金属元素品种推广。

In order to screen selenium-enriched fresh-eating maize varieties suitable for the Zhangjiakou region, twelve maize cultivars—Wannuo 2000, Wannuo 188, Cainuo No.1, Wantianuo 218, Jingkenuo 2000, Heitiannuo 188, Wannuo 2018, Aozhao 60, Wancainuo No.6, Jiacai Tiannuo, Huangnian maize, and Baiyou No.1—were selected for a field experiment with foliar application of selenium fertilizer. The mineral element contents in fresh maize kernels were determined. The results showed that the selenium (Se) content in the grains of fresh corn ranged from 2.76 to 33.12 mg/kg. Compared with the control group, the Se content in grains treated with selenium fertilizer increased by an average of 24.53%, with Wannuo 188 and Wannuo 2000 showing relatively higher increases. Application of selenium fertilizer increased the contents of iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), magnesium (Mg) and calcium (Ca) in fresh corn grains, while decreasing the contents of cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr) and copper (Cu) in grains. Among them, Aozao 60 exhibited a relatively larger increase in the content of metal elements. Foliar application of selenium fertilizer could increase the contents of Se, trace metal elements and macro metal elements in fresh corn grains, reduce the content of heavy metal elements, and improve the quality of fresh corn.In conclusion, Wannuo 188 and Wannuo 2000 can be promoted as selenium-enriched varieties, and Aozao 60 can be promoted as varieties rich in trace metal elements.
