玉米孢囊线虫是一种寄生玉米的植物病原线虫,也是我国新发现的一种重要作物孢囊线虫。筛选玉米孢囊线虫抗病的种质资源是抗病育种的重要基础。本研究通过采用SCAR-PCR分子检测和室内盆栽抗性鉴定,以单株孢囊数、相对抗病指数和繁殖系数法系统评价了96个黄淮主栽品种对我国河南地区玉米孢囊线虫群体的抗性。结果表明,该线虫群体为玉米孢囊线虫。室内盆栽条件下,根据单株孢囊数评价,发现裕丰303和黄金粮MY73为高抗,豫禾988、珍珠糯8号等4个品种为中抗,其余90份品种表现为感病;根据相对抗病指数评价,发现裕丰303和黄金粮MY73等5个品种表现为高抗,金博士866、良玉99等32个品种表现为抗病,其余59份品种表现为感病;根据繁殖系数评价,供试品种仅裕丰303和黄金粮MY73的Pf/Pi值小于1,表现为抗病,其余94份品种Pf/Pi值均大于1,表现为感病。综合分析,裕丰303和黄金粮MY73对我国玉米孢囊线虫河南群体表现高抗,裕丰303和黄金粮MY73可作为重要的玉米抗线虫育种材料。

Heterodera zeae is a plant pathogenic nematode that parasitizes maize, and it is also an important crop cyst nematode newly discovered in China. Screening resistant germplasm resources of H. zeae is an important basis for disease resistance breeding. In this study, SCAR-PCR molecular detection and indoor pot resistance identification were used to systematically evaluate the resistance of 96 Huang-Huai main varieties to maize cyst nematode populations in Henan Province of China by cyst number per plant, relative resistance index and reproduction factor method. The results showed that the nematode population was H. zeae. Under indoor pot conditions, according to cyst number per plant, it was found that Yufeng 303 and Huangjinliang MY73 were highly resistant, four varieties such as Yuhe 988 and Zhengda 619 were moderately resistant, and the remaining 90 varieties were susceptible. According to the evaluation of relative resistance index, it was found that five varieties such as Yufeng 303 and Huangjinliang MY73 showed high resistance, 32 varieties such as Jinboshi 866 and Liangyu 99 showed disease resistance, and the remaining 59 varieties showed susceptibility. According to the evaluation of reproduction factor, only Yufeng 303 and Huangjinliang MY73 had Pf/Pi values less than 1, showing disease resistance, and the remaining 94 varieties had Pf/Pi values greater than 1, showing susceptibility. Comprehensive analysis showed that Yufeng 303 and Huangjinliang MY73 were highly resistant to the Henan population of H. zeae in China.Yufeng 303 and Huangjinliang MY73 can be used as important breeding materials for maize nematode resistance.
