以B73×By804和郑58×HD568构建的两个重组自交系群体为材料,采用近红外光谱技术分析不同时期玉米茎秆纤维素含量,通过表型分析、联合方差分析以及多世代联合分离分析方法研究玉米茎秆纤维素含量的遗传规律.结果表明,纤维素含量变异丰富,遗传力高,两个群体纤维素含量随着生育时期的推进均呈现出先减后增的变化趋势,两个群体在生育后期纤维素含量差异明显.符合加性-上位性多基因遗传模型(C),遗传率分别是71.04%和86.68%.

The B73×By804 and Zheng58×HD568 two RIL populations were used as materials to study stem cellulosecontent at different growth stages. Genetic regularity on maize stem cellulose content with the near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) equipment and phenotype analysis, variance analysis and joint analysis of multiple generations were worked out.The results showed that maize cellulose content had high genetic diversity and heritability. Cellulose contents of both two populations showed decline trends at first and then increased with the development of growth stages. The two populations displayed a significant difference inthe maturation stage. The inheritance of maize stem cellulose trait was in conformity with the model of additive-epitasis polygene(C Model), and the polygene heritability was 71.04% and 86.68%, respectively.
