土地细碎化严重阻碍了农业生产力解放与技术效率提升,农业社会化服务的投入能否通过向传统农业注入现代要素以提高玉米生产技术效率?本文选择农业社会化服务作为中介变量,基于2023年吉林省微观调研数据,通过TOPSIS法测算土地细碎化程度,构建随机前沿生产函数和中介效应模型,对土地细碎化与玉米生产技术效率之间的作用机制进行研究。研究结果表明土地细碎化对玉米生产技术效率有显著负向影响,同时,农业社会化服务对玉米生产技术效率有显著的促进作用,但是由于土地细碎化限制了农业社会化服务的投入,在一定程度上削弱了农业社会化服务的要素功能。农业社会化服务在模型中发挥了部分中介效应,其占总效应的比例为0.18。基于上述结论,应整合分散地块,缓解土地细碎化现状;优化农业社会化服务产业,提高服务供给精准度;发挥基层“统分”职能,实现农户与服务主体高效对接。

Land fragmentation has seriously hindered the liberation of agricultural productivity and the improvement of technical efficiency. Can the investment of agricultural social services improve the technical efficiency of maize production by injecting modern factors into traditional agriculture? In this paper, agricultural social service was chosen as the mediating variable, based on the micro-survey data of Jilin Province in 2023, the degree of land fragmentation was measured by TOPSIS method, and the stochastic frontier production function and mediating effect model were constructed to study the mechanism between land fragmentation and technical efficiency of maize production. The results show that land fragmentation has a significant negative impact on the technical efficiency of maize production, and agricultural socialization services have a significant role in promoting the technical efficiency of maize production.However, land fragmentation limits the investment of agricultural socialization services, and weakens the factor function of agricultural socialization services to a certain extent. The agricultural social service plays a part of the intermediary effect in the model, and its proportion of the total effect is 0.18. Based on the above conclusions, scattered land should be integrated to ease the status of land fragmentation. Optimizing the agricultural socialization service industry and improving the accuracy of service supply. Giving full play to the function of unification and division at the grass-roots level, and realize the efficient docking between farmers and service subjects.
