为明确20%四唑虫酰胺SC与红绶曲霉Aspergillus nomius ACB1042混配对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacali的田间防效及其对玉米产量和经济效益。通过在玉米田利用植保无人机喷施20%四唑虫酰胺SC和1×108孢子/mL红绶曲霉ACB1042孢子悬浮液,比较20%四唑虫酰胺SC与红绶曲霉ACB1042混配对亚洲玉米螟的田间防效及玉米产量影响。结果表明,20%四唑虫酰胺SC与红绶曲霉ACB1042混配的防效优于单一使用20%四唑虫酰胺SC或红绶曲霉ACB1042,混配药剂对亚洲玉米螟的防效最好,与在20%四唑虫酰胺SC推荐量(10 mL/667m2)下的防效无显著性差异,与在20%四唑虫酰胺SC减量20%(8 mL/667m2)处理的防效有显著性差异,其在药后15、30、45 d 校正防效分别为90.04%、72.28%和62.85%。以产量挽回损失、纯增效益、投入产出比为指标,系统评价玉米的产量和经济效益,其中混配药剂最高,其可挽回产量、纯增效益及投入产出比,分别达4817.21 kg /hm2、11798.44元/hm2和1:47.94;其次是20%四唑虫酰胺SC推荐量和20%四唑虫酰胺SC减量20%,其可挽回产量、纯增效益及投入产出比,分别达4131.00 kg /hm2、10082.91元/hm2、1:42.26和3563.02 kg /hm2、8662.97元/hm2和1:37.49;红绶曲霉ACB1042最低,其可挽回产量、纯增效益及投入产出比则为1358.82 kg /hm2、3152.48元/hm2和1:12.89。

To clarify the field efficacy of tetrazolium SC mixed with Aspergillus nomius ACB1042 against Ostrinia furnacali and its effect on corn yield and economy. The field efficacy of the mixture of tetrazolium and Aspergillus nomius ACB1042 against Ostrinia furnacali and its effect on corn yield were compared by spraying 20% tetrazolium SC and 1×108 spores/mL Aspergillus nomius ACB1042 spore suspension with a plant protection drone in a corn field. The results showed that the efficacy of the mixture of tetrazolium and Aspergillus nomius ACB1042 was better than that of the single use of tetrazolium or Aspergillus nomius ACB1042, and the mixture had the best efficacy against the Ostrinia furnacali, which was non-significantly different from that of the recommended amount of tetrazolium(10 mL/667 m2), and significantly different from that of the treatment of tetrazolium with a reduced amount of 20% (8 mL/667m2). The corrected efficacy at 15, 30 and 45 d post-dose was 90.04%, 72.28% and 62.85%, respectively. The yield and economic benefits of maize were systematically evaluated by using yield recovery loss, net benefit increase and input-output ratio as indicators, in which the mixture was the highest, with yield recovery, net benefit increase and input-output ratio of 4817.21 kg/hm2, 11798.44 yuan/hm2 and 1: 48.24, respectively; followed by the recommended amount of tetrazolium and the 20% reduction in the amount of tetrazolium, with yield recovery, net benefit increase and input-output ratio of 1: 48.24, respectively; and followed by the recommended amount of tetrazolium and the 20% reduction in the amount of tetrazolium, with yield recovery, net benefit and input-output ratio of 1: 48.24, respectively. yield, net benefit and input-output ratio were 4131.00 kg /hm2, 10082.91 yuan/hm2, 1: 41.23 and 3563.02 kg /hm2, 8662.97 yuan/hm2 and 1: 35.42, respectively; Aspergillus nomius ACB1042 was the lowest, and its salvageable yield, net benefit and input-output ratio were 1358.82 kg /hm2, 3152.48 yuan/hm2 and 1: 12.89.
