东北玉米骨干自交系在诱导愈伤组织和植株再生中,基因型差异非常显著.自交系7922最高愈伤诱导率达89.1%,芽苗率为66.4%;而最低的921诱导率仅有18.9%,芽苗率为0.再生途径主要有两种:7922主要以体胚发生途径为主,4122、8902主要以器官发生途径为主.2,4-D是体胚诱导不可缺少的植物生长激素,适当的细胞分裂素能促进诱导4112、8902不定芽的产生.而且,再生途径并不是一成不变的,在一定条件下可以相互转变。

There existed great differences among maize genotypes when immature embryos were cultured fnrplant regeneration. 7922 showed the highest frequencies of callus induction and shoot formation which were 89.1%.and 66.4%respectively While the lowest was found in 921.the induction and regeneration frequencies were 18.9%and O respectively There are two regeneration pathways. 7922 tended to regenerate via somatic embryogenesis,4112,8902 arelikely to regenerate via organogenesis 2,4-D was essential fnr inducing somatic embryoids.and suitable eytokin canpromote adventitious shoot ormation of 4112 and 8902. Furthermore,the regeneration pathways are interchangeableunder different culture conditions.
