通过盆栽研究了不同浓度铅胁迫对玉米叶片的质膜透性、丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性的影响.结果表明,随铅浓度升高,叶片的膜脂过氧化作用加剧,质膜透性升高.低浓度铅处理对玉米生长具有一定的刺激作用,而高浓度铅处理对玉米生长则表现为抑制作用。
