利用恢复专效性测定和PCR归类两种方法研究了新选育的GDS细胞质雄性不育系的类型。两种分类方法结果一致，表明GDS属于C型不育胞质。根据测验种的育性基因型推断GDS不育系的核基因型为rf1rf1rf2rf2rf3rf3rfCrfC。

The cytoplasm type of new cytoplasmic male sterile line GDS in maize was determined by specific restorers as well as by PCR procedure. The results of the two ways were consistent and showed that GDS was belonging to CMS-C type. According to the genetype on fertility of test lines, it was deduced that the nuclear genetype of GDS was rf1rf1rf2rf2rf3rf3rfCrfC.
