Nowadays, the research on functional genomics in plant is the hot point of investigation in botany. In this paper, we summarized the research methods of functional genomics in plant, including the microarray technology, DNA chip, EST technology, SAGE technology, proteomics, reverse genetics, and bioinformatics, etc. Furthermore, we analyzed the problems we may meet in the study of plant functional genomics.
