利用水培法研究了钙对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的根系活力和有机渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,缺钙处理会显著降低玉米幼苗的根系活力,增加Ca2+含量根系活力显著增加,而在较适宜的Ca2+浓度下根系活力有所下降。缺钙处理叶片中的可溶性糖、脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量显著增加。随着Ca2+浓度增加,叶片中可溶性糖、脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量逐渐减少;根系中可溶性糖、脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量逐渐增加,根系中脯氨酸在Ca2+含量为6 mmol/L时略有降低。增加Ca2+浓度叶片中可溶性蛋白含量呈现出先升高后降低趋势,根系中变化无明显规律。表明适合浓度的Ca2+能提高玉米耐盐性,原因是钙参与了盐胁迫下渗透调节物质在植物中的运输和分配。

A solution culture was conducted to study the effect of Ca2+ on the root activity and the content of osmotic adjustable organic substances of maize seedings under NaCl stress. The results showed that the root activity decreased significantly while there was a lack of Ca2+, with the increase of Ca2+ contents the root activity increased significantly, but the root activity decreased under fitting Ca2+ concentration. The lack of calcium,soluble sugar,proline and free amino acids increased significantly in leaves. With the increase of Ca2+ concentration soluble sugar,proline and free amino acids decreased gradually. In opposition to the change in leaveas, with the increase of Ca2+ concentration soluble sugar, proline and free amino acids increased gradually,proline decreased a little under 6mmol/L Ca2+ concentration in roots. With the increase of Ca2+ concentration the soluble protein in leaves increased in terms of 0 - 4 mmol/L of Ca2+ concentration and in that of 6 mmol/L they were decreased, while the changes in roots were not in evidence. The above results strongly suggested that the calcium participate in transportation and distribution of osmotic adjustable substances account to some extent for the mechanism of effect of Ca2+ on salt stress.
