玉米浆生物转化生成番茄红素红酵母的分离与鉴定

    采用富集培养的方法，以玉米浆作为主要氮源，从土壤中分离得到多株色素产生菌。通过对其菌落形态观察、菌株的生理生化特性鉴定，确定有2株为红酵母。

    Some strains producing red pigment were isolated from soil by the enrichment culture method. There are 2 strains were preliminarily identified Rhodotorula sp, according to its morphological features.
