种子纯度是四大种子质量检测指标之首要,也是玉米生产中利用玉米杂种优势,获得高产稳产的重要保证。为此,开发建立一套高效、高通量和低成本的玉米杂交种纯度鉴定方法,是我国玉米生产应用中迫切需要解决的问题。本研究选用郑单958、京科968、农大108等10个玉米杂交品种为材料,利用20个InDel分子标记,建立了一套玉米杂交种纯度筛检分离的鉴定方法。该方法利用荧光毛细管电泳平台组建的多重PCR及多重电泳,再结合KASP平台鉴定玉米杂交种纯度,实现了高效、高通量和低成本的目标,经验证KASP平台纯度鉴定结果与预期结果一致。该方法可为玉米杂交种纯度鉴定提供更多的选择。

Seed purity is the most important of the four major seed quality inspection indicators. It is also a guarantee for utilizing maize heterosis in maize production to obtain high and stable yields. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a high-efficient, high-throughput, and low-cost method for maize hybrid purity identification in our country"s maize production. In this study, ten maize hybrid varieties, including Zhengdan958, Jingke968, and Nongda108, were used as materials. We using 20 InDel molecular markers to develop a method of the screening and identification separated for maize hybrids purity identification. This method uses multiplex PCR and multiple fluorescent capillary electrophoresis and the KASP platform to identify the purity in maize hybrids, which is high-efficient, high-throughput, and low-cost. The identification results are consistent with the results we expected. This method can provide another option for the purity identification of maize hybrids.
