以自交系B20 为母本、DH系D752为父本组配的F1,进行单倍体诱导、自然加倍和DH系鉴定试验,通过统计参数和DH群体遗传模型及混合分布方法分析,进一步验证了玉米单倍体红轴和紫色叶鞘性状的结实性优势。同时发现玉米白轴单倍体个体穗结实力强和绿色叶鞘单倍体出苗力显著高于紫色叶鞘单倍体的现象。

F1 hybrids with inbred line B20 as female parent and DH line D752 as male parent of maize, the experiment of haploid induction, natural doubling and DH lines identification was carried out. Through the analysis of statistical parameters, DH population genetic model and mixed distribution method, the seed setting advantages of haploid red cob and purple leaf sheath characters in maize were further verified. At the same time, It was found that the individual haploid of white cob of maize had strong ear seed setting ability and the emergence ability of green leaf sheath haploid was significantly higher than that of purple leaf sheath haploid.
