筛选防治双斑长跗萤叶甲的有效药剂,探讨玉米中后期害虫一体化防治的可行性,大田环境下利用无人机施药,测试5种杀虫剂对玉米中后期害虫双斑长跗萤叶甲、蚜虫、2代亚洲玉米螟的防治效果。结果表明,5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW、5%甲维盐WG 、30%噻虫嗪SC、30%噻虫嗪SC减量20%+CQMa421施药2 d后对双斑长跗萤叶甲防效均在97.90%以上,8 d后防效为92.98%~100.00%,金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421、200g?L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、200g?L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺SC减量20%+CQMa421施药2 d后对双斑长跗萤叶甲防效分别为71.94%、60.59%和56.55%,施药8d后下降为53.19%、40.89和32.31%。同时,5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW和30%噻虫嗪SC对蚜虫有较好的防效,且持效期长。5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW、200g?L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、200g?L-1氯虫苯甲酰胺SC减量20%+CQMa421对玉米螟有较好防治效果,活虫数为0.00头/百株~1.67头/百株。研究表明玉米吐丝初期利用无人机喷施5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW、5%甲维盐WG 或30%噻虫嗪SC能有效控制双斑长跗萤叶甲,其中5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW能兼防蚜虫和玉米螟,可实现玉米中后期害虫一体化防控。

The control effects of 5 insecticides to M. hieroglyphica, aphids and the 2nd generation of Ostrinia furnacalis which occurred during corn middle and later growth stages were conducted by UAV application, in order to screen effective insecticides to control Monolepta hieroglyphica and explore the feasibility of integrated pests control strategy at corn middle and later growth stages. The results showed the control efficacy on M. hieroglyphica of 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EW,5% Emamectin benzoate WG , 30% Thiamethoxam SC, the compound of 30% Thiamethoxam SC dosage reduction 20% and CQMa421 were all above 97.90% after spraying 2 days, and arranged from 92.98% to 100.00%8 days later. The control efficacy of Metarhiziumanisopliae CQMa421 OF, 200g?L-1Chlorantraniliprole SC , the compound of 200g?L-1Chlorantraniliprole SC dosage reduction 20% and CQMa421were 71.94%, 60.59%, 56.55% 2 days later, while declined to 53.19%, 40.89, 32.31% 8 days later. Meanwhile, 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EW and 30% Thiamethoxam SC were effective against aphids with long lasting period. 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EW, 200g?L-1Chlorantraniliprole SC , the compound of 200g?L-1Chlorantraniliprole SC dosage reduction 20% and CQMa421 were effective on controlling O. furnacalis, the number of survived larvae was from 0.00 per 100 plants to 1.67 per 100 plants. The results indicated that by using UAV spraying 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EW, 5% Emamectin benzoate WG or 30% Thiamethoxam SC could control M. hieroglyphica. Additionally, 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EW could control both aphids and O. furnacalis, which meant integrated pests control at corn middle and later growth stages could be conducted.
