菌株NPDY05-8是由小麦赤霉病抗性鉴定圃的土壤分离出的一株多粘类芽孢杆菌。该菌株对供试的19种病原真菌均有拮抗效果,为广谱抑菌菌株,对引起玉米茎基腐病的禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium. graminearum)和腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium. solani)的抑菌率分别为69.63%、65.55%;该菌株可在玉米根部及根际土壤中定殖,25d后趋于稳定,根部及根际土壤定殖量均保持在20~25×103cfu·g-1之间;高通量测序探究菌株NPDY05-8施用后土壤真菌结构显示该菌灌施后有效减少了子囊菌门和镰刀菌属等有害真菌的丰度,对玉米茎基腐病的盆栽防治效果达到95.99%,明显高于15%乙蒜素可湿性粉剂的62.75%和15%多菌灵可湿性粉剂56.69%的防效。

: The strain NPDY05-8 is a polymyxoid Bacillus strain isolated from the soil of the wheat scab resistance identification garden. This strain has antagonistic effects on all 19 tested pathogenic fungi and is a broad-spectrum antibacterial strain. Its antibacterial rates against Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium solani, which cause corn stem rot disease, are 69.63% and 65.55%, respectively; This strain can colonize in the roots and rhizosphere soil of corn, and tends to stabilize after 25 days. The colonization amount in the roots and rhizosphere soil remains between 20-25 × 103 cfu·g-1; High throughput sequencing was used to investigate the soil fungal structure of strain NPDY05-8 after application. The results showed that the application of this strain effectively reduced the abundance of harmful fungi such as Ascomycota and Fusarium, and achieved a control effect of 95.99% on corn stem rot in potted plants, significantly higher than the control effect of 62.75% of 15% allicin wettable powder and 56.69% of 15% carbendazim wettable powder.
