为科学评价冀东滨海盐碱地玉米品种的育种应用潜力,筛选出适宜该地区推广种植的优良玉米品种,本研究基于14个玉米品种的农艺性状与品质性状试验数据,运用相关性分析、灰色关联度分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和隶属函数综合评价等方法,开展了系统研究。结果显示,玉米秃尖的变异系数最大,达105.71%,而穗粗的变异系数最小,仅为3.38%。产量与穗行数、千粒重呈显著正相关(P<0.05);株高与秃尖、穗行数、穗粗均呈显著正相关。轴粗与穗粗呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。行粒数与穗长呈极显著正相关,与秃尖呈显著负相关。株高、穗行数、穗粗、秃尖等农艺性状是影响产量的主要因素;在品质性状方面,玉米粗纤维含量的变异系数最大,为21.70%,而淀粉含量的变异系数最小,为3.77%。通过聚类分析,14个玉米品种可分四个类群,类群I粗纤维含量高,材料类型丰富,类群Ⅱ仅铁研378 1份材料,出籽率高,类群III株产量高、千粒重高、淀粉含量高,类群IV蛋白含量高。主成分分析表明,前5个主成分可解释85.43%的原始信息量。综合聚类分析、主成分分析和隶属函数评价结果,沃玉111的综合表现最为突出,其次是立原296和沃玉3号,因此,沃玉111、立原296及沃玉3号在后续的新品种培育和改良中具有优先利用的价值。

In order to scientifically evaluate the breeding application potential of hybrid in the saline-alkali coastal areas of eastern Hebei Province and screen out excellent hybrid suitable for promotion and cultivation in this region, this study carried out a systematic research based on the experimental data of agronomic and quality traits of 14 hybrid. Methods such as correlation analysis, grey relational analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and comprehensive evaluation using membership functions were employed.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the barren tip of maize was the largest, reaching 105.71%, while the coefficient of variation of ear diameter was the smallest, only 3.38%. Yield was significantly positively correlated with the number of rows per ear and 1000-grain weight (P<0.05); plant height was significantly positively correlated with the barren tip, the number of rows per ear, and ear diameter. The cob diameter was extremely significantly positively correlated with the ear diameter (P<0.01). The number of grains per row was extremely significantly positively correlated with ear length and significantly negatively correlated with the barren tip. Agronomic traits such as plant height, the number of rows per ear, ear diameter, and the barren tip were the main factors affecting yield.In terms of quality traits, the coefficient of variation of crude fiber content in maize was the largest, at 21.70%, while the coefficient of variation of starch content was the smallest, at 3.77%. Through cluster analysis, the 14 hybrid could be divided into four groups. Group I had a high crude fiber content and rich material types. Group II had only one material, Tieyan 378, with a high grain yield rate. Group III had high plant yield, high 1000-grain weight, and high starch content. Group IV had a high protein content. Principal component analysis showed that the first five principal components could explain 85.43% of the original information. Based on the comprehensive results of cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and membership function evaluation, Woyu 111 had the most outstanding comprehensive performance, followed by Liyuan 296 and Woyu 3. Therefore, Woyu 111, Liyuan 296, and Woyu 3 have the value of priority utilization in the subsequent cultivation and improvement of new varieties.
