以吉林省玉米产业为研究对象，构建“新质生产力(硬条件)—玉米文化(软要素)”双重驱动的分析框架，系统梳理其发展现状与面临的主要问题。在理论层面，基于“新质劳动者—新质劳动资料—新质劳动对象”的三元结构，剖析新质生产力对玉米产业升级体系的重塑机制。同时，从视觉景观、场景体验和品牌打造三个维度，阐释玉米文化对玉米产业升级的作用机制。在此基础上，分别从“硬路径”与“软路径”出发，提出具有系统性与操作性的吉林省玉米产业升级实现路径，为吉林省玉米产业高质量发展提供理论支持，也为农文旅融合背景下玉米产业的价值重构提供实践参考。

This article takes the corn industry in Jilin Province as its research focus, constructing an analytical framework driven by the dual forces of “new-quality productive forces(hard conditions)” and “corn culture(soft elements)”, and systematically examines its current development status and major challenges. At the theoretical level, drawing on the ternary structure of “new-quality laborers, new-quality means of labor, and new-quality objects of labor”, the article delves into the reshaping mechanism of new-quality productive forces on the upgrading system of the corn industry. Additionally, it elucidates the mechanism through which corn culture facilitates the upgrading of the corn industry, examining it from three dimensions: visual landscape, experiential scenery, and brand development. Based on these insights, the article proposes systematic and actionable pathways for upgrading the corn industry in Jilin Province, via both “hard” and “soft” approaches. These proposals offer theoretical support for the high-quality development of Jilin’s corn industry and provide practical guidance for the value reconstruction of the corn industry in the context of the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism.
